To enter the Russian Federation a delegate (and an accompanying person, if any) needs to apply for a Visa at the nearest Russian Consulate in his/her country. To start the visa formalities it is necessary to fill in the offered Visa application form.

A double-spread copy of the passport main page (with the photo) to be sent by e-mail to Ms. Nina Malyar. In case one applies for the visa not in one’s native country, a copy of the residence permit should be attached. Please note, that your passport must be valid for 6 months after the date of visa expiration.
